Dear Prospective Vendor:

The Gulf Coast Ethnic & Heritage Jazz Festival Productions, Inc. welcomes your participation in its Jazz Festival scheduled for Saturday, August 7, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. until at Bienville Square, which is located at the corner of Dauphin and Conception Streets in the heart of beautiful Downtown Mobile, Alabama.

Vendors participating will be provided a 10 x 10 space. The cost of the space is $100.00 for one (1) day. Payment will be accepted in money orders or certified checks made payable to the Gulf Coast Ethnic & Heritage Jazz Festival and should be paid by July 10th . You will be responsible for obtaining the necessary license, food permits, health permits, and any other permits that are required to sell your products. You will also be responsible for tables, delivery of your merchandise and the cost of setting up your displays or food items. There will be a meeting prior to the Festival for all vendors of which you will be notified.

Our last Festival was a huge success in 2008 and we look forward to your support in the 11th Annual Jazz Festival. Please take this opportunity to become a part of this great Mobile tradition and that of the Gulf Coast of America.
